ok so ive changed the chip for the ecu to an extra one that i got and its the same thing. pressure checks show that fuel pressure is good... checked the value on ma tps and closed its .45 and at wide open throttle its 3.8, was told that it should be at 4.5.... could this be the cause??? i will be swapping the regulator on the rail to make sure that its working too..... still need some assistance here

Change your fuel filter if you haven't done so yet. Are you sure the wideband at the Dyno wasn't dead? What do your plugs look like are they all white at the tips? Is your wideband working right?

doubt its the filter as the pressure from it is 98 psi. not sure if the wide band at the dyno is rite but other cars where there and they seemed to be fine with there results....na and boosted. i dont have a wideband on the car

I'd personally set my TPS to spec before I went and spent money on uneccessary parts. How does the ECU know that you are at full throttle?

How do you know the AFR without a wideband?

Sorry, missed the whole middle of your statement. Where was the AFR measured at, tailpipe? Still have a cat on the car?

How about this hows your charging system? maybe the alternator is running low on power. So the pump is working as hard as it needs too.

not sure if its the cat but theres a small pan like item under the car....a/f ratio was found out on the dyno....
