Before the flamers get here, let me give you some advise. S4's will not work in a VE head.

Ok well I gotta rant... I don't think you are on the right track. You really don't need to balance or blueprint any of the swinging stuff (Nissan did a pretty good job) Sounds like somebody saw you coming and got Big "$" signs in their eyes.
If you do have a real 20V (which maybe you should make sure) Slap on an N1 throttle body and install it in.... whatever car you have. See if Calum can get you an ecu.

the swap is 5500 for the 20v installed with factory harness, ecu, 6-spd tranny. i was talkin to greg in mariland about the engines thats where i got balance and blueprint from, i want it to redline around 8k and get around 250whp.
and yes i was talkin about the Franklin cams

You aren't going to make that power with what you listed above
also that tranny is a lot more difficult to install than you know. it would cost you over 2k just to get the brackets correct.
I take that back with NO2 you could easily get there

I'll buy your 20V cams if you make the switch. I've been asking about these cams for a while on this web site with no results.

why would i not get 250whp? w/o no2..the engine is 200ish to the crank....im just tryin to get everything planned out first before i go spendin money on something thats not going to do what i want it to do.
