OK OK, the fuses keep blowing and I'm out of idea's.. and I don't want to spend another $1.80 on fuses!

Tell me please that I have the right wires connected. From the stock headdeck, I have

Red with Blue Stripe - Ground
Red with Black Stripe - Battery Power
Blue - Accessory Power

The new headdeck works great btw, its a JVC MP3 fancy colours and all....

ok the 1992 FMS says

strait from the battery to 10A fuse is r/b red blue

ignition to 10A fuse L im guesing its black ?

and R/L red black is to the illumination system. (ill check that)

the ground is suposed to be to just off the body of the deck so no ground wire

Unhook the ground The car uses the antenna for the ground.

AHHHH never ground a deck by the antenna, thats a horribly weak link - run it to a piece of metal near by for the sake of your tunes :-P

YEah I know that it isn't good but thats the way the car is. Yes it is best to ground the wire from the radio to the chassis, but there is no ground wire on the factory harness.

There are lots of cars with out ground wires in the harness, there is always somewhere metal to hook into, on my nx I just put a "O" terminal behind the plastic and onto the metal where the screws go that mount the radio....

Yeah mine is grounded the same way, with the screws that hold the radio in.

r/b is spose to be Red/Black
and the ignition to 10A fuse L in my car at least is blue...

Thanks for the help, I eventually figured it out..

I connected the red black and the blue wires and connected the ground to a screw somewhere like you blokes said...

it all works good... now i just need some decent speakers!!!
