Don't know if there are any files to make that work with the stock ECU. Look for the RB20 maf or Z32 or pathfinder maf.

the vq33de maf i took it from a pathfinder 97

Pathfinder 00-04 V6, Xterra 00-04 V6, Frontier 00-04 V6, Quest V6


Those are identical to the ve maf. Your 97 wont work.
