Is the power steering pressure sender (to ecu) required? I want to rip out my factory power steering lines and replace with neater braided lines, I dont want to have the power steering sender/sensor in there...

If the ECU doesnt really need it, it goes...

i just ripped mine out jwt told me it will not bring a code up on the ecu
