has any one seen these ive seen 2 nxen with these short antnnas they are like 6 inches high and black and i think they are nice looking and wount mind geting rid of my nx 2ft tall antenna

I did it. Here are the steps.

1. Remove antenna.
2. Put in table vice.
3. Wrap cloth around ball and grab with pliers.
4. Knock pliers with hammer.
5. Cut antenna to desired length.
6. Make a sharp point on new antenna with file or grinder.
7. JB Weld little ball back on & re-install.

Getto cheap antenna now installed. I cut mine level with my roof top. Looks good.

Or you can take the whole thing off, and put a piece of tape over the antenna hole in the fender :p ;) :D
