You may find some clearance issues if your speakers are too large in the rear. I had to do some cutting of the grill to make it fit.

The magnets of the last speakers I put in were too big, I had to dremel and hammer some of the body over the rearwell to get it out of the way.
Speaking of speakers... There are some here that have put in 6.5" in the door to replace the 4x6. I am thinking of doing that. For those that have, did you modify the plastic bracket that the speaker mounts in or did you replace it ?

what I did was get rid of the plastic adaptor completely and make my own adaptor out of MDF. It's pretty easy, the only problem is getting the outside of the wood to stil fit inside the door pane, but a bit of trial and error will take care of that.

Yeah ditch the 4x6's! I ran 6.5's in there for a bit by cutting into the plastic holder but as they were 3 ways I had to cut the centre out of the grille to get the depth required. Looked okay but I got sick of it after a while and went the component route with MDF surrounds.
Problem then becomes one of alignment as you want to attach the MDF to the door to make it solid but you want the door liner to fit flush but not be attached as it . Then you must answer map pocket questions...
I can mail you some picts of my solution if your interested.....
Also forget those rear holders for anything but fill. The plastic all around will not stand up to much without cursed vibration - just go shallow 2 ways and fit the factory grille back for nice stealth.
