After getting off work late and making it to the track with only an hour till closing i was able to get 3 runs in. It was my first time out, and i didn't know what to expect.
My mods:
2001 nissan sentra se
Sr20ve -build date 01/98
Hotshot gen 5
Nismo Intake with Bypass
calum ecu timing 15 deg
Vsafc 2 vvl on at RPM
Outlaw thermo-spacers
EiBach lowering springs 1.4f/1.5r
Kyg2 shocks
2.5in exhaust cat back
factory cat

run 1 Run 2 Run 3
r/t - 0.439 - 0.394 - 0.501
60ft - 2.721 - 2.631 - 2.480
330 - 6.848 - 6.960 - 6.658
1/8 - 10.301 - 10.408 - 10.098
mph - 71.85 - 70.84 -70.95
1000 - .000 - 13.382 -.000
1/4 - 15.690 - 15.856 - 15.543
Mph - 91.98 - 91.48 - 90.72

First run i bogged a bit off the start i let-out at 1300 rpm, spun 1 and half of second, cherped third.

Second run, Kinda went with the windows down... lol oops it happens, but i got a stupid and i mean stupid amount of wheel hop.... all through first and second gear.

Third run same thing but with windows up, stupid amount of wheel hop, in first and second and was shifting at 7500 rpm or trying to the whole time.

the temp was like 9 deg, the track prep was ****, even in the burn out box i was getting wheel hop?

In the next week i need to research on how to stop wheel hop and i am going to lower my tire psi to a solid 22-25 not 30 like this time i had them at.

What are ur thought comments and tips would be great guys

Thanks

you've got some room for improvement.
Any idea what your WHP numbers are?
Launch around 3-4 K, Slip the clutch nice and easy, don't just dump it. You get the most traction when you are only slipping a little bit. With a 2.1 60' time your ET would drop by at least 0.4 sec. Shift at redline and trap in 3rd gear if possible.

not sure what kind of power you're putting down but the trap speeds are pretty low....

Rob is running a HEAVY car. Interior was all in there with a massive sub box and supporting wire, plates and wood support floors. I say lighten that sh!t up and stop running your 17" rims!!!!!!

I'm trapping 97mph average with my stripped NX. So maybe weight is his problem.

Agreed, I was trapping 96 MPH with my 180 HP DE at almost stock weight. He should be around there too. Get a set of SE-L wheels and some kumho MX or Azenis'

^He's got a b15 so he's got 4x114.3 Get a pair of p11 mesh rims and slap on some bfg drags and take out as much weight as you can.
