well about a month ago i had my a/c recharge.. it was working fine till a few days ago.. seem like it wasnt blowing cold air anymore.. i notice that when the a/c work the fan would be running but now the fan isnt running when i have my a/c on.. so my question is what can be wrong and how would i fix it.. and before i had it recharge the fan didnt come on when i had the a/c on either

Take it back to the shop. Most likely your compressor
isn't turning on do to low or no freon. Your fans won't turn
on as well because of the low pressure switch. Sounds like a
half ass repair job. Make sure they check for leaks, and you might
want to switch to 134 if you are still running r12.

Did they replace your seals? If not then that's likely your problem. A guy at the nissan forums mentioned R406A, which is compatible with R12, so if your evaporator is still good then you won't need to change that out, and it's a lot cheaper than R12, plus it cools a few degrees cooler.
