You can expect anywhere from low 14's to high 12's, depending on what set up you go with. Its hard to say. On a completely stock set up, I would say mid to high 13's.

My neighbor hit 12.78 with this set up on a S13 SR20 in a 95 S14:

Manual boost controller set at 12lbs (spiking to 15)
GReddy 3" DP
GReddy TypeS BOV
Apexi' GTspec exhaust (90mm)
RACtive foam air filter
22" MT slicks (w/ open differential) (13.0 1.9 60ft w/o slicks)
No A/C

Thats launching at about 6K, and power shifting (aka never taking your foot off the gas)
