I run the Nitto 555R Drag Radials on my Talon. They are unbelievable. Once you go to a drag radial, it's hard to go back to regular tires. I run them all the time on the street and they last about 15,000 miles.

i dump my car @ 5k with 555r, got my 60ft time down to 1.96, and consistent 2.0 all day long, do one dry launch to heat em and clean em up a bit and stage and your gone..

I have a friend that runs the Nitto's @ the strip and he used them at a local Auto-X. He said they really worked well for him.
I went to a performance shop one day and they had a set of Nitto's 555R's on display and I noticed the sidewalls are made out of some really stiff material. seems odd that they are made for Drag racing with that hard of a sidewall.
