How's it going. I am a newbie to this board and to the nissan world. I'm mostly a mazda guy and have been doing everything mazda, until i bought my 95 infiniti G20. I know how boards hate when newbies ask stupid questions and don't research. I have looked a lot of stuff up and just have a few questions. First off, i know the head on the 95 infiniti is different then the earliar sr20de's but is that the only difference? Also, whats the hp/torque ratings on the a-spec vs. j-spec engines? The engine in my g20 has a bad rod bearing and is knocking vary badly, not to mention oil in the cylinders among other things, and if the prices are the same i'd rather go j-spec for added HP. Wheres some good sites to get the sr20de or inquire about one? I've contacted quite a few and have seen them for arround $700, but thats about as cheap as i can find them. How much will the sr20det from the Buebird SSS go for with the turbo, intercooler, manifolds, and all other components? Also, if anyone can point me in the direction of some good swap FAQ's i would greatly appreciate it. I'd appreciate any info you guys can give me, as i am a nissan newbie and need some guidance.
