Ok, I got the housing to rotate last night after releasing the C-Clip, ( Thanks Louis! ), now I am having issues with the wastegate. The mounting holes on the S15 turbo are not in the same places as the old BB Turbo and I am not sure what I can do now. Can I fabricate a bracket of some kind to make the WG mount properly or will that make it not function properly? Please help on this, the car must be up by this weekend, this is my only obstacle at this point! TIA!

You can make a new bracket, but if you relocate the wastegate, you will have to verify that the spring preload is set as it was before. The best way to do this is with a hand-held presssure pump. Pump up the actuator in the stock location and see how much pressure you have to apply to the port to open the wastegate. When you relocate the actuator, make sure that the same amount of pressure is still required to open the wastegate. This sets your native boost pressure.
