im not sure i understand the clocked part, is that meaning they are both at 45 degree angle each?

Now that I think about it, I believe it is 12 5/8" long. I will have to go measure one of my test pipes at the shop tomorrow to confirm this.

Imagine that you were looking at a test pipe from the end. You would see the 2-bolt flange with the pipe end coming toward you.

Imagine that the flange far away from you and the one close to you were oriented such that the bolt holes were perfectly horizontal. Now, take the flange closer to you and rotate it 45 degrees clockwise, while leaving the far away flange horizontal.

Now, the flanges are clocked 45 degrees apart, clockwise.
