my damn younger bro wants a sunny 4 fog bumper and wants to know what exactly is needed with the bumper and what modifications is needed to make it fit onto a 92 sentra b13. i read that it is not an exact fit, and needs to be modified to work. didn't find an exact answer. thanks for any responses.

Actually I have one on my 91 and it fits exact, the only thing that's not exact is that the foglights don't connect right up to the cars harness, you have to do some splicing. Maybe there's already a kit for that so no splicing is required, but I don't know of any:)
