Well the g20t is completely turbo charged as we speak. There is one small problem. With the stock pump in place we are only getting about 40psi of fuel pressure at max. Can the pump be bad? I can’t seem to find a leak. The only reason that I am stomp is that when you lean it out to let say 20psi it idles nice and smooth, but when you raise it up as high as it will go nothing but spotter. It is a 4bar setup so the pressure needs to be set to 58-59 with the vacuum pulled. We can’t even get close to that and it is sputtering. I think that it may be so low for the 4bar program that the injectors are having lots of trouble, but what about when we lean it out and it idles smoothly. When you give it a little bit of gas it sputters out though. Any help??? I would like to know what you think. We are trying to come up with a way to mount the walbro in place of the stock pump. Almost have it done.

i think u can have the pump flow tested. might be worth it.

I wonder if your fuel pressure gauge is fucked up.

Walbro fuel pump fixed the pressure problem. Unplugged the MAF and noticed that the pins were bent down. Fixed them. So she runs smooth but loads up when coming down from the revs. Runs fine if you start her up and let her sit. Maybe too many vacuum leaks? I know we have one for sure. The vacuum at around 1000rpm is about 18hg. Higher than my car.

Is that my ECU and MAF?? ;) I think I might have accidently bent the pins when I was cleaning it up. Sorry.. How is it?
