Has anyone ever used this manifold on a FWD car before? Is it even possible? If so, with what turbo? Just curious....

It can be done, whether its worth the endeavor to you or not, only you know.

Keep in mind this is all ina B12. The flange on the manifold was re-fitted to a T3 flange. the #4 runner was ported for an external wastegate. The turbo is a T3/To4E. An aluminum 90* cast elbow was cut down and welded to the compressor housing to clear the alternator. A pipe the had to be routed over to the drivers side to fit the MAF and filter. The downpipe has to be made in a "horseshoe" fashion to wrap around and come back over the crossmember and under the oil pan. the manifold sticks the turbo out pretty far, so a 10" anda 8" slim fan had to be utilized. The manifold and flanges and materials for all piping fabrication added up to about $800, though if you don't have the resources or fabrication ability, I don't recommend use of the manifold.
