hyperwhite200 08-08-2002, 07:38 PM whats up guys, just wondering , have any of you orderd from importpartsplus.com before? i put in a credit card order last saturday ,and the order status still says pending, and i know the cards good, because im using it daily here, ive tried e mailing them but never get a response, anyone else had this problem with them, im getting a little pissed thanks, chris BlkB14 08-08-2002, 11:12 PM yeah, it took like 2 months to get my header. just contact the owner on B15 sentra.net his name is William Glen. you will get your stuff eventually, just don't buy from them again. the same thing happened to me, w/ the pending status, he's also had complaints to the BBB. just don't buy anything from them again, what did you get by the way?? Me and Thomassr20 have had such bad experience. Tom took 3 months to get his stillen front lip. I am sorry. From now on ask a question before you buy from a site. Looking back on it...that site has like every single part available...coincidence? I don't think so. Do what I did. I IM'd them every couple of nights asking "Can I check on the status of order #1411" or something like that. They will IM you back saying something....what I did just to cover myself was save the IM conversation. I do this with most shifty people I buy from and that way you ahve proof from them at least in some way. You email these people millions and millions of time, but no response. Crono1321 08-12-2002, 02:00 PM Don't you have a local speedshop or auto performance shop around?? After the bad experience w/ an online store (this one) I now just go to my local Speedzone. Sure I pay a little more, $10-20, but I have my part within 2 days of paying for it, and they are 10 miles from my house, not 2000 miles away with my money already. I probably will not do business with an online company again just because I don't want to wait a long time with baited breath just HOPING I didn't get my money stolen. Bro, cancel the order and then buy it from a REAL store.
