Would my Stock SE-R harness be compatible with my new bluebird swap? I bought the new ECU for it but would like to know if new wiring harness is required?

Yes your harness will work. You need to swap over your USDM sensors if using a reprogrammed stock ECU. If you are using a JDM ECU use the JDM sensors that come with the motor.
