I have a 99 Sentra SE-L and was wondering if I could use 14" Steelies for the winter? Those tires are way cheaper than finding 195/55/15 snows... That and my RS-A's are shot and replacing them with All Seasons will be costly. I have a buddy selling 195/55/15 FM901's for cheap and know of someone selling Dunlop Snows in 185/65/14 which are cheap too.

Input is appreciated. Just wondering if 14" will clear the disc caliper and what offset rims I would need.

Sanku berry much.

:D

I know the NX2000 rims fit fine. They are 14x6, but I don't know the offset. Try searching for it.

Try www.tirerack.com. They are big into the snow tire/rim thing and I think they have a search engine that will give you the answer. My quess is that they would fit no problem because the GLE with ABS has breaks like a se-r/se and they run 14's in aluminum and that is thicker then steal.
