My stupid ABS light is still on in my '93 classic
I can't figure out how to swtich it off.
The fluid levels are fine, I haven't done anything stupid with the brakes, but when the car starts up the light is off, its only when I start moving do I hear the ABS motor make a buzzing sound then the light turns on.
Any ideas as to what it could be?

Have you run your codes yet on the ABS computer? Depending on how many blinking lights you get in a row, will diagnose your problem.

Your ABS computer is located behind the rhs passenger kick panel. Run your car for at least 1 minute while having your RPM's 2000 or above... car must be in motion. Then stop the car, leave engine running, and count the blinking lights. They'll recycle if you miss the count. Then look up the code verification in a Haynes or FSM.

For example, my ABS light was acting up. I ran the code and counted 16 blinks. This meant my ABS computer was the problem. Kind of funny when you think of it, a "bad" ABS computer diagnosing itself as bad... if it's bad, how would it know?
