I checked the voltage to my tps and its 5v and then checked the voltage from the tps and its .45v though its not constant. it will bounce around and then hit .45v and stay for a second then bounce around again. Sound like a bad tps or a bad ground?

its possibly a bad ground did you check it with the car running or just key on engine off.
