The plastic portion, under the cap, I think? of my radiator has coolant. I noticed coolant ran around the all over the top portion of the plastic and radiator join. It is a bitch to take the whole radiator out. any suggestion.

your radiator is shot, go get a Modine radiator. For removal take out both fans, remove both hoses, and unbolt both radiator mounts. The Modine will come with a lifetime warranty. Go ahead and get a 300ztt rad cap as well

can be had at Napa autoparts. And of course the rad cap at your local Nissan dealership for $7.00 300zxtt radiator cap.

Oh shit, you would not believe this. I went to Pep Girls and bought this green bottle of coolant leak sealer. It stated will not clogged the cooling system????? Any way, I put in a cap full, not a whole bottle like they've said. The next day, I look at the plastic ( core I think) and the radiator.... Shit it is dry as the first day I had the car. I am so glad, knock on wood man!
