hi people im wanting have 600-700bhp engine for my pulsar.

gt37r. bad ass pistons and rods, head gasket and tuff studs and ud be good.

the tranny on the other hand is going to POP lol.

for sure a standalone management for that kind of powa . a good set of cams and re-worked head and what strtton said.

First before anything make sure your tranny is up for it. Know alot of people with this very same goal and parts will be easy to find, but if the tranny aint holdin than you aint goin nowhere.

i have a ppg straight cut dog engagement box in mind and the following

forge pistons and rods
balanced and edge knifed crank
metal or copper head gasket
cams prob tomei
jun springs
rocker arm stopper
ported and polished head
head bolt set
basically fully rebuilt with new bearings and gaskets
uprated oil pump
link ecu system
sard 800cc injectors

not decided on turbo manifold and external waste gate

does **** know where a can source these parts ive looked around at jps trading in japan i live in the uk and they are to expencive here and alot off fakes

They're an official Garrett Turbo distributor in the UK. You're looking at a GT3582 probably with the 1.06 A/R turbine housing. That'll put you at 600.

you need a serious set of motor mounts and the tranny case will need to magnafluxed and welded for extra strength. when the gti-r trannies go they blow up the case and the gears. then I would try and find a nice soft clutch setup to decrease shock load. you may also want to find a extra dive shaft or two.

when i had my turbo classic i tried to get ne body to build me a twin scroll manifold and nobody would do it!!!! sombody really needs to build a twin scroll sentra...... X2
