the ballast dimensions are approximately 7.6 by 6.6 by 1.66cm.

it is a metal casing around the ballast , it is a digital ballast and waterproof

single beam - you lose high beam completely

moving kit - you have high beam and low beam both xenon.

I'm interested...I still don't understand what actuates the bulb moving when you hit the high beam does it move automatically, once installed how does the high beam level get adjusted for height or is it automatically set it relation to the height of the low beams.

I'm interested...I still don't understand what actuates the bulb moving when you hit the high beam does it move automatically, once installed how does the high beam level get adjusted for height or is it automatically set it relation to the height of the low beams.

basically the bulb has a relay that activates some kind of magnet or motor ( not 100 % sure if it magnet or motor but i will find out) that connects to the kit and the stock harness. once your high beam activates it moves automatically aiming it (the bulb) higher producing the center hot spot higher than low beam.

once the high beam is disengaged it goes back to low beam status as nothing ever happened.

i hope that helps you out.
