On a lowport, you need to plug the AIV hole. Can be done with a threaded plug, or just have someone weld it closed (that's what we did with a friend's Pacehader on a '94 SE-R).

OK but isn't a 99' a high port. SO would that mean if its made for a 91-95 sr20de then I would have to add that hole or is it already there. I heard they are all the same but the add list it for 91-95 sr20de .

1991-1993 had the Highport motor. 1994 to 2002 were lowports. You would have to plug the hole. Welding it like MEclassic said would look the best.:)
