I have a 95 G20 with the low port engine. I can seem to only really find the high port engines. If i were to swap the high port in would everything be cool. What kind of mods would i need to do? I know i have to re route the wiring harness but will have to change plug ends or will i nearly need to extend wires. Are all the brackets the same for accessories or will they need to be modified? I've gotten some answers and read some info about it but no ones gaven me nor have i found exact answers to my questions. If anyone has done this swap before or has any info that can help me out i'd appreciate it. I just dont want to go out and purchase an engine and find out it needs all these little extra things done to it. I'd rather know before hand so i know what i'm getting myself into and i know what parts i'll need.

The wire going to the cold start valve is the only wire that will need to be extended. Try and see if you can get a rubber intake hose with the high port motor. This is a easy instale don not have any worries.

Thanks for the info. The wiring harness just needs to be redirected right, everythign else is ok? Is there anything i should use from the low port engine on the high port engine such as injectors etc?
