ok, here it goes, u all know I cracked the distributor.. now here is something weird, I set my crank pullie to TDC (the yellow mark), but then just now I noticed that my cams are pointing INWARD, exactly 180 degree opposite to where they should be, the distributor position was also exactly 180 degree from where they should be.. anyone know why that is? did I put in the cams wrong? Help!

here is the detail, I used the jwt and the online write up to help me figure out the timing and shit, I use the chain block thinge that jwt said to make and put it in there, tie the chains to the spocket, loosen the cam spocet /cam bolt, etc etc, and yes the cams spocket position is 10 o'clock for intake and 12 for exhaust, then when i put in the new S3, everything is allrite, I put'em on, and because torqueing the spocket bolt in was a bitch so the cams movied a little bit, so after the cams and the spocket is secured, I removed the zip ties and the tensioner block, and then go down to the crank pullies and crank it 1 rotation back to TDC, but just now i notice that my cam lobe is pointing inside instead of outside... can someone tell me what happend? did i screed up my engine?

Crankshaft turns 2x for every 1 turn of the camshaft.

Turn the crank another 360 degrees.
