Dammm So you have to buy the whole assembely. I'll stick to a couple of sourced Ga16 solenoids. Cheers Greg.

The assembly is the block, gaskets and both solenoids?

Tim,
Just heard back. The solenoid by itself is $100.

Was that a brand new VVL exhaust solenoid? Or the Ga16 solenoid?

If it's the Ga16 i guess it has the clip on rounded cap?

That's the VVL/S15 solenoid. Was that discussed on another thread?

We didn't know what the one greg amy had and neither did he? Its the same as the green plug exhaust solenoid...

The Ga16 ones aren't the same. I dont know what the part numbers in the last post are.... So your saying thats the S15 vtc solenoid ?

Sorry with the confusion mate.

Somebiody gave me a part# for the S15, it has a VVL kinda part#. So I giot a price for it. I'm pretty sure it's the right one.

Well if its not the same part number then the Ga16 it's a start!

Ill see if i can track down another clip on plug and let you know, So ideally the S15 VTC would be good for a exhaust solenoid failure!
