Okay I know this is gonna sound weird but I am looking at these tire sizes"
195/60/15
205/55/15
will these tires fit on the Sentra SE Limited? Meaning will it clear and not rub? I did some calculations and the 205/55/15 is a better choice but more expensive!
I am looking for a little more rubber on the road... as these are going to be all season tires  I am considering getting another set of "R" Compound tires for Autocrossing only so these will be my everyday tires.
Tire choices as it stands now are:
Dunlop SP Sport A2
Yokohama Avid H4
Michellin XGT H4
Toyo FZ4
Input again is appreciated :P

Both those tires are too tall. Why not get a 205-50-15?

Too tall meaning 205/55 or 195/60 will RUB?
I know 205/50/15 has a slightly smaller rolling diameter than the 195/55/15 I was hoping to fillup the insanely large wheel wells we have on the B14's :)

Ok questions on tires go to whalentire.com and they will give you the width height and all that good stuff. but i have a 98 se and i used a 195/60/15 and it worked great but it was a taller tire but it will be ok. it even worked great on my car after the prokit lower. now i am with the 205/50/15 and it is a lot better. but if it is a money issue i will tell you to go for the 195/60. this tire also will give you more of an allseason. but i would stay away from the 205/55 that will be a little too big i am afraid but just check it out.
hope this helps you out man.
:D slick:)

They will fit and not rub when used with stock wheels

Kewls thanks for the input guys!
I am looking at Avid H4's and Dunlop SP Sport A2's atm in 195/60/15 those are probably decent tires.
I know they are going to ride higher than my stock 195/55 but figured .... I need something good and cheap for the winter.
the R Compound's are going to cost me an arm and a leg so... gotta balance everything :D
Now the debate rages on.... OE Rims for Street Tires or OE Rims for Race Rubber?

I know I am late on this debate but here you go. I know you stated that you wanted to fill the wheelwell on the car some for apperance sake. I assume you realize your car will be slower in a straight line and slower around a corner. If so then at least you know. As far as the street tires on OEM rims or not. I put my race rubber on the oem wheels. I don't care what I look like on the track and those wheels are very strong and not really that heavy. Of course you could spend over 250 a wheel to get some truely light and strong wheels for the track. Yea, thats going to happen:rolleyes: . Good luck.
