hey i have weird issue i have 94 se-r exedy clutch with like 5000 miles on it and good flywheel ... this happened once before and it happened on way to autocross this morning... before just adjusted clutch and went away ... sometimes very very rare this is only second timeits happend .... if i start car IN gear it just moves foward like my poor starter moves my whole car lol ... ive far adjusted my clutch and it doesnt help ... i ended up starting car in 2nd and revving it while starting and then it seemed like problem went away but when i got home it started again a little bit ... still functions but not properly ...my throw out bearing makes noise but even then i still dont understand why it would only work sometimes.... everthing is mechanical you know???? its all cable clutch and the throw out fork is just a lever?? any ideas guys???????????? it just wont go into gear while car is running... if i push hard it just grinds

i no this topic get brought up alot but ... and yes i searched and searched .... but it just doesnt make since... my clutch is new my throw out bearing is new and it makes noise my flywheel is reasurfaced ... it drives awesome when my clutch works lol...
Check your cable adjustment.
Another thing: Who put the clutch in? Sometimes the TOB isn't installed correctly and it will jiggle around on the fork. This can causes an odd feel to the clutch (not to mention some noise) and it will make the engagement/disengagement sporadic.

thank you i installed clutch myself ...i wunder i droveit to my buddysshop (slickmotorsports) and it was doinga really really wierd thing if i was moving from first to second from second to third is possible trans doent grind into any gear at all .... buuuut when im a complete stop i cant get it in gear unless i turn car off and put it in first and then i works fine ... AND when i star it in gear its like nothing is wrong ???? i dont get it ???? shift linkage is good and it shift perfect when car is off
