Couls someone with a 94-96 G20 ECU please post the numbers on the actual ECU. Most dismantlers that I've been calling have been asking me for the numbers on the ECU because that is the way that they inventory their parts. Or does anyone have one for sale or know where I can get my hands on one. Thank you.

I don't have the numbers. Just do a search at car-parts.com (http://car-part.com/)
Thats where I got mine. No one asked for any part #'s. $75 - $100.

That's what I did for my ecu (non g20). They should know what car it cam from without resorting to numbers. Shop around some more.

What have been your experiences with car-parts.com? I just dont want to order an ECU and then find out its from the wrong car or that it doesn't even work.

car-parts.com is just a database of parts at salvage yards all over the place. Do a search on what you want, and you get a list of all the places that have it.
Also, keep in mind that since you have a 99', you will probably get a MIL shortly after putting the ECU in. I think the code is a rear o2 sensor problem. Don't worry, everything is fine. The ECU is just looking for the G20 o2 sensor - which you don't have.
Don't just take my word for it though. Do a search for G20 ECU's. There's plently of info on them here.

Thanks, I already did some research on it. from what I've found the MIL light also has to do with the some sensor on the gas tank. So I have to disconnected at both ends. But that will be a project I'll tacke once I get the ECU.

Please let us know how it turns out. thats the only thing holding me back from getting the g20 ecu. i can't stand driving with a MIL light. if you get a good price, let us know.
