I am building a turbo kit for a '99 B14 for this cool guy in Canada.

It's on a DET (high port motor) and it is a Incon BB37 turbo on a gti-r intercooler and I need a intercooler kit for him.

I was going to put a Forge unit in there.


Anyone know where to send me? I WILL BUY IT. I am not shopping to learn. I have cash in hand.

your going to have to go custom. Hot shots was dev. a kit for a standard bb swap. but no one would have a kit for the set up your talking about.

Spearco makes a good IC for 420 I forget the part number

JC whitney sells mandrel bends don't forget some straight pipe too. I used Stainless for mine alittle more expensive.

get someone to tig weld them up.

p.s. I know how to build the kit and if I do it WON't be 52 different mandrel bends cut and welded together :-)

Well you could buy some form matirial & hardner from WWW.stainlessworks.net but its like 200 bucks
then have him form it up and send it to you so you could
build the tubing.

how much different is the location of the compressor outlet from the Icon or a BB/Gti-R (after buing rotated for FMIC)

Could you use an f-max and adapt it?

I called sr20dev. for an intercooler kit on a t28. They said something like 1200 with 2" piping and a BOV flange welded with a spearco intercooler. You can get a Forge IC from Louis Anaya for something around $500 and get custom piping made up by yourself or an exhaust shop! Good luck with that project.

I think you guys are sort of missing the point. Realize that I make custom intercooler kits myself.

when I get my incon GTBB37 from andreas, I'm sending it to SR20DEV., they are going to make me a front mount. i talked to big tom about it, and he said they would. they're also supposed to make me a 3in DP also.

I can't do it because I don't have a car to do it on.

Tom and I discussed it and I will probably send the stuff to him upon my customer's agreement.

Charlie, John is gone for 2 weeks and the person answering the phone is limited. He was not sure.


Why would you have a kit for a t28 if you are running a t25 with a wonderful coated heat shield?

does your customers INCON have an int. or ext WG., also, who is going to fab the downpipe?, u, or SR20DEV?

I am looking for a FMIC and the piping for a B13. (T25)

SR20DEV sells one for $1200, I think hotshot might make one for the B13 also
