Just a question for all you ACT users...

when you did the clutch kit, what was the pedal feel? did it increase/decrease stiffness? Anyone use a mixture of ACT/OEM?

Reason for the question is I've done clutch upgrades before and well, was quite unhappy with the resulting pedal feel. Very stiff, blech.

In my experience the ACT clutch stiffens the pedal feel quite a bit. I don't know about ACT and OEM together. I've never heard of anyone using that combo. Right now, I have the JWT PP with the 2k disc and its great. Feels like stock, but you can definately tell it grabs alot harder.

Lee, me and Travis just installed a clutch in mine. It feels GREAT. Pretty much the same feel as stock with a LOT more grab. I'll ask what combo we used. I know it's a 1800 lb pressure plate. But forgot which disc it is.
