1. 1990 240SX 5 Speed Man. Will the S13 fit in perfectly or will it need some modding.

2. Is the S13 the best engine for the 240SX for a beginnger?

3. What type of mods will be good to start off with the S13 Engine.

4. Is $3000 a good price for a 1990 240SX with 130+ miles with a cracked windshield worth it?

I can't comment on the price without seeing the car, but welcome aboard.

If I got my hands on a 240, I'd sure slap a DET in there as fast as possible.

Mods on a s13 DET? oh damn... where to begin... well, probably no mods at first so you don't kill yourself. Go auto-x or something to get use to the power, especially rwd. Once you can handle that though.... you can basically do anything. Go with a bigger turbo, you'll need bigger injectors, maf, etc. to go with it. Cams, pullies, etc.
