So if i was to run a pair of these up front
http://www.peak-performance.net/content/view/131/95/
would it be a good idea to go ahead and run a different brake MC?
Im just worried that under mild peddle pressure, they will lock up.

What tires are you running?
What are the piston sizes on those Brembos? I can throw it in my sheet and tell you how the bias will change.
PM me if you want.

Is that the same kit SCC ran on Project Silvia? They ran it with Z32 rears, and yes, they switched to a Z32 master cylinder.

Well the guy i would get them through had a death in the family, so might be a few more days...
If this was the same price as the z32 brakes, would you guys go the brembo route or stay OEM(well z32 OEM lol)?

Dunno. I went with Wilwood, which are 4-piston and only 11" rotors. They still fit under most reasonable wheels though, and with the right pads they work pretty well for my car. I suppose if I do a turbo upgrade in the future I may need to go with Z brakes all around but I'm not at all crazy about doing that...

well i can get the front two calipers loaded for $400. would only need SPL lines and rotors. I know you can get z32 brakes cheaper from a junkyard but chances are they've been sitting for years not to mention already being at least 10 years old. Not to mention i want them bronze :)

Loaded meaning w/pads? That's not bad. That's about what I paid for these:
http://www.wilwood.com/Products/001-Calipers/012-FSL/Forged-Superlite.jpg plus PolyMatrix E pads.

ahem :)

Yeah loaded meaning with pad and loading pins. brembo decided they would make you spend an extra $20 for this pin and plate setup to hold the pads in.
Not sure on the exact sizes of the pistons cause the guy im getting them from had a death in the family and had to leave town.
What size pistons does the wilwood run?

I'm sure you could find it on the internets. I am running 1.375" pistons, but you can get all kinds (http://www.wilwood.com/Products/001-Calipers/012-FSL/index.asp) in the Superlites. I may run the 1.88/1.75" differential bore calipers eventually in the front, or may move my current ones to the back and get some 6-pistons up front.
