Hey guys....so i was just wondering on what u guys think of my setup:

sr20ve.... lol great motor
N1cams
bc valve spring
Sr20det Arp head bolts
Sr20ve metal headgasket
Jim wolf tech camgears (not sure what to set them at)
Nismo intake 2.5inch
Nismo fpr
welbro fuel pump
55 shot wet nitrous going to up to 75... ouu la la
Hotshot gen 5 header... Need to Be changed the downpipe is 1.75 or around there. Want to get a header from greg v but not cheap... so i might go with a ss.auto but the 2.5inch one.
2.5in cat back
2.5in cat
Calum ecu, basic - (want to get a realtime)
apexi vsafc
outlaw thermo spacers
act heavy duty clutch
flywheel
Things in red what i still need to get.

This is all going to be done by april next year... if all goes well.. what power u think i will put down.. i want at least 200 whp before nitrous.

any upgrades recommended....?

if u want to make 200 whp get a better manangement ve's run alot more timing than you are goin to get from the calcum ecu. saw my friends g20 put 195 w 1.6 cams ebay headers w the autrailian ems. in my advice the best thing u can buy for these motors is a stand alone

2.5" intake = bad. get 3"

also go 3" on the catback
when you change the head gasket to the metal one, take about 0.5mm off the head (or better yet - the block) as well.

get a N60+ maf.

get some 370cc det injectors

This is one of the main ingredients of this recipe specially for the guys using a 16VE ECU

i was thinkin greddy ultimate.... aem is to much,

u have a couple choice the austrailian ems not the aem ems. the austrailian ems is a real good system and
a little cheaper is mega squirt, its well known among american cars. you can check these out n see which one u like better

one thing you can add to ur list that i have on my own list is sr16ve pistons. its supposedly raise the compression to 12:5 n is still able to run on 93 octane pump gas.

you could also save some money by taking the stock sr20 flywheel to the machine shop. i have seen them get it down to 12lbs. just giving u an option

12.5 that kind of high to run a 75 shot,
I already have a n60 maf, I just don't know much about ecu and tuning.. like i want to learn, but its not cheap....? like tuning in Ontario Canada ranged from 90-150 an hr... so its like dame. the calum real time is simple for me because i send him my set up and its programmed for me, i have a calum basic, it has a usb port where i can connect my laptop to it. Not sure if i want to start fuckin with it.

If someone can help with that on if i am able to change settings, but i have a apexi vsafc and wideband, that I change my fuel with, but that limited.

and the intake i will be changing it to a 3 in soon.
the flywheel i want to get a 8.8lbs but i think it would cheaper to machine mine down to 12lb.
the 370 injectors are a consideration *** i am running 75 shot of nitrous (wet) but not sure... need to look more in to it. the 333 should be fine.

lightening a stock flywheel that much isn't that safe. If not done right it may explode destroying your engine, car and even you. I'm running a lightened SR16 flywheel and to be honest I feel bit nervous about it sometimes.

Rather spend the bucks and get the real deal. Or try to use a Dual Mass flywheel of the later primera's if you have to lighten an OEM. At least it has a seperate ring holding the centre part where the bolts go together.

370cc injectos will be much more stable for you. Especially with the nos.

ic so then i will be investing in some 370 they are pretty cheap and i really think that the flywheel is the last thing on my list....
