I am thinking about turboing my SE-R. I would love to build the header for it but I am having a hard time finding a header flange. What header/manifold is everyone running(on a budget) on there 12-13 sec. daily drivers?

Anyone ran one of these? I can't build it for that! I know it is probably junk but for $160 I would not mind fixing it if it cracked.

low 13's high 12's stick with the Factory manifold and a T28 turbo. Just make sure you have enough fuel a Z32 a/f and a good tune/setup and you will be happy till you destroy 3rd gear.

a buddy locally bought his and so far so good..2 yrs and no cracks

im actually thinkig about getting this now. it look decent

a stock gti-r manifold will get you in to the 12 sec range easy. It will get you into the 11 sec range by going external gate.

I forgot to mention I will probably run a T-3 exhaust housing unless I can find a crazy deal on a t28. the t25, t28 and t3 all have different bolt patterns right? Thanks for the info guys!

Thats an ebay manifold. They never last, there made out of cheap steel

For what you want to do all you needs a gti-r set up

And i know you can buy flages out there

I have seen a t3/04 mounted to a gtir maniflold with a external gate, but fro the money it will cost you to modify it you can buy a nice log manifold. Then run a sc61 and go nuts.
