Almost every week i have to fill up the reserve.Whenever i park at work overnight...in the morning there is a small puddle of antifreeze on the parking lot under the car & the reserve level is lower than before. I never had this problem before.I took it to the dealer twice on the same day for an inspection but they could not find the problem. It's not the radiator or the radiator hose because i checked. Any NX owners have this problem?

You might want to check on your waterpump. I believe that's not all that uncommon.

There are several coolant hoses located underneath the intake manifold and also along the upper firewall. Check for coolant in those areas.

It seems to be coming from around the oil pan area. Anyone know where's the water pump located? Also the wires for regrounding the MAF....i think.

The water pump is located up and to the left of the crank pulley. If that was leaking it could run down and be by the oil pan.

I bet its not a new one...prolly re-maned...I wouldn't use anything other than an OE NIssan waterpump myself...thats just me though...

I seem to be having the same problem with my NX. Missing fluid, but I dont seem to have a puddle!? I think i will put a pan under it and let it run for a while and see if anything leaks out.
I thought it might be leaking throught the head gasket, but I have no power problems. Could the radiator cap just vent it to the atmoshphere?, or would it always go to the over-flow?
Good luck w/ the water pump
