As the title says it, which would be the max psi that delivers hp and not only hot blown air (max psi with most efficiency)

Which would be the best set up for this turbo if you got a Z32 MAF?

which injectors would you go with to get the most out of it?

Also I will be using a Nismo FPR and a Walbro 255 so I can raise it to 4 bar. (If need or suggeste by you guys)

Thank you

Why do ou need to use 550'd for a t25? Even at 15psi it probably won't make over 280whp, so what is the need for the big injectors? Now if we were talking about a a bigger turbo the fine, but a avenir t25??

370'S @ 4 Bar here..
Z32 MAF
S13 T25 turbo @10 psi for the street, 15-17 psi track..

Duty cycle at 85-90% @ 15-17 psi..

No problems yet..

well go and spend 100 dollars for 370s when you can get sti 550s for 150 that drop in my 50lbers are at 90% duty cycle on a nice cold night and im on 8 psi, when i had my t25 on 370s they would be at 95% duty cycle on a nice cold night on low boost, trust me, you cant beat the price of sti 550s, the last set i bought for a friend i paid 125 and got the clips i may not do everything like every one on the forum but all my set ups make good power ;) and i get great gas milage

even sooo you dont need a z32 maf if u want to make that argument, because your no where maxing out an n60 with a t25, but its still nice to have right? i dont even have a z32 maf i have an n60 and im not maxing it out

Ok, I see your point. I was just saying I never had any problems running my $60 370's @4bar w/ a bored(54mm) maf, and avenir t25(12-15psi). This was on a jwt ecu. It also netted me constant 13.1's@108-110mph

Anyway now i am running 72lb'ers and a z32, so i have enough air/fuel to rock 500+ :biggthump

I just have to get a gt30 now.

Great setup. I might even bump that up to 16 or 17 but thats about the peak.

Maxing out duty cycle is not a good idea. You can do it on a t25 too.

nothing wrong with 17 psi on the t25 lol youll make shits load of torque and the turbo might die of and settle back down to 15psi, unless u got a really good electronic boost controller but pushing the t25 like that can definetely get u into mid 12s on slicks and then u can pop your hood and  when people are lost looking at ur time slip then looking at your tennis ball sized turbo all

I really don't think its necessary to go that big because i am only looking for 420-450whp and on 110 octane and 25* timing the gt30 can definitely get me there, but you never know.....If I can find a used 35 in good shape at the right price then there you go. My main issue is finding a manifold. I think I just might use a mice rwd one or make my own haven't decided yet.

btw i also have to somehow find a p11 tranny:rolleyes:

This may be true, but I never had any issues whatsoever(running lean) and have some pretty impressive track runs to prove how well it worked. Now I do agree bigger injectors is definitely a good idea and definitely safer, but if your looking for a low 13second car then 370's @4bar is fine IMO.....
