I have used a 250 ft-lbs impact wrench, a breaker bar with a 4 foot pipe on the end of it, even soaked the thing in PB blaster and still cant get it loose. Is there anything else i can try short of removing the whole hub with LCA attached.

I put a bar between the lug nuts, that went to the ground as a brace, had my g/f sit in the car with the brakes on, and had to use a pipe wrench on the outside of the socket with a 5 foot breaker bar. In 30 minutes I broke 3 Craftsman 1/2 inch ratchets and a Craftsman breaker bar. Thats why I had to use the pipe wrench. Good thing Craftsman has a lifetime warranty.

Eric and I leaned on mine quite a few times. Tire on hub, on ground, with brakes applied, 3 foot bar on breaker bar and pb blaster. Must have tried 3 or 4 times with minimal luck. I mostly moved the car. Try soaking then, taking one and hitting it with a mallet to give an impact effect to it, then grab the extra long breaker bar and cheater. lean and lean and lean then go buy an impact gun....

If you know someone who works at a garage, they ought to have a big ass 1" drive impact that puts out like 800 ft. lbs. and if that doesn't get it, nothing will. :) Just have them bust it loose, tighten it down enough to get back home and them do what you need to. Otherwise, if your compressor will put out enough CFM's go rent a bigger impact, like a 400ft. lbs. +, because 250 ft. lbs. isn't shit. You can put more on it by hand with a cheater pipe on a breaker bar. I'll never forget when I was working the tire shop at Country General (a.k.a Wheelers, S&S, Sandvigs, CT farm and ranch) and this dipstick that worked there put someone's lug nuts on backwards and we couldn't budge them with a 1" drive impact. It took me and another kid, a couple hours to bust them loose with a breaker bar and a 4' pipe with both of us jumping on it! We had fun though. I'm surprised your hub nuts are on so tight. I got mine off with a whimpy ass Sam's Club marketed IR impact. You could also try heating it. If worse comes to worst, I'd use a cutoff wheel to cut the thing as close to the rotor as you can get, then use a cold chisel and a 5 lb. mallet to bust it the rest of the way. You might score the hub threads on the CV axle a little if you're not careful when you're doing the cutting, but that shouldn't hurt anything. I'd bet a big impact would have it off there. Maybe put some type of anti-sieze on the threads when you put it back on, make life easier next time, and don't over-tighten it, just get it on enough to clear the hole for the pin, the pin will keep it from ever coming off. Good luck.

I use my 1/2" impactgun.. puts out 650ft/lbs in reverse.. comes off with little problems..but I have seen those stubborn ones that take a while.. good luck with it

I kept the car on the ground, used a breaker bar with a chromoly pipe on the end ( about 3 feet).

Then I stood on the pipe and bounced up and down. Kinda dangerous, but it worked.

I finally got the thing off. I just clamped some vise grips on the rotor to keep it from spining and jacked up the pressure on the compressor and it worked.

Something i have noticed that works a lot better in situations like this....
Try getting a long pipe on it and then lifting up on the pipe with your legs instead of standing or jumping on it. You can generally get things off easier that way cause you can apply more force with you legs than you can with shear body weight. Heck i used to be able to squat about 350. I only weigh 195. Which do you think will do more work?
