I'm trying to replace my fuel filter but can't get the hoses off the old one. Suggestions please?

Slice the hose lengthwise for 1/2", then it should pull off. Cut the sliced part of the hose off, then connect it to the new filter. It should still be long enough, if not you will have to put a new piece of hose on.

I always use an oil rag to grip the hose, then twist it from side to side. Has always worked for me, and I change my filter damn near every time I change my oil. Just to make sure:D
