I used a kit from Summit last week. P/N. SUM-G1200A $42.95

Don't waste your money on the summit kit. Buy 2 gauge cable from a welding supply house, a battery box from a marine store and the connectors from an auto parts store. About $15 cheaper than the Summit kit. The cable is much better quality and more flexible making easier to work with.

What shoes said. The _exact_ same battery box (sans cables) that summit sells is (or at least was last time I looked) availible at ... Wal-Mart in the boating isle (sporting goods). Whopping $12 dollars (well, thats been a few years, I'm sure inflation has hit a bit).

To each his own. For me all 3 stores are less than 5 miles from my house and I'm in 2 of them at least once a week. Total cost for me was just under $30. Cost of the kit IIRC was $49.95 + shipping. Like I said "to each his own" but I prefer the better quality cable and the $30 savings.
