My buddy acquired a JDM cefiro, and he plans to swap in an S13 Redtop DET, complete with ECU, harness and Tranny that he has had for a year,
the S13 Redtop DET did not come with a MAF and a Fuel pump.

Can we use a stock S14 Blacktop DET MAF and fuel pump?

The fuel pump should be fine, though a Walbro isn't very expensive.

I do not believe you can use the S14 maf with an S13 ECU. An S13 MAF shouldn't be hard to find; a single-cam S13 KA MAF is identical to the S13 SR MAF, so you can use that, but you'll need the MAF plug from the KA harness because the plugs are different.
