I've been working with JGS tools on making a FWD SR20DE turbo manifold. I am sending them an Fmax style manifold to make a jig from. It will come flanged or unflanged for external wastegate.. and can be tapped for EGT probe. Retail will be upper 300's. I will be able to get them slightly cheaper. You can also get a kit unfinised if you wish to weld the flange for the turbo on.. here's a link to their website.. http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/ I got a KA24DE manifold from these people.. and I must say that they are badass! Nice, thick and will NOT crack.

Also... If you search their site.. you will see that they can build sheetmetal intake manifolds. I am sending him a factory manifold.. and he is going to build a prototype manifold for me. I am going to do some research on runner length and plenum volume to see what would be best for us. He is also going to make it to where I can use a 60mm Mustang throttle body. The kit will come with the manifold and fuel rail for top feed injectors. The price will be around 480.00 retail. He will also make it to where you can use a mustang TB.. or a 95-01 SR20 TB. I'm pretty excited about this... I will keep you all posted.. and if anyone has info on runner length and other tech stuff.. please post it here. I hope this will give us some better options on SR20 stuff.. this guy is realy willing to work with me.

Keep it up Travis, let us know the results. If you're looking fr a big throttle body, why not have it fitted for a Q45 throttle body. That sucker is GIMUNGUS!

sounds like a better idea to make if fit the Q45, keep it in the family =)

Honestly, I was just being obscure. By using other throttle bodies I think we introduce a new problem with TPS voltages, I'm sure JWT could have a resolve for this minor problem, though I have never discussed it with them to know for sure. As far as MAF's go, as long as your ECU is programmed for it, use what ever your preference.

The TPS on the Mustang is 0-5 volts, and is 3 wire.. so it should be the same.. The Q45 would be bad ass.. I'm wondering which would be more readily available..

I'm curious as to voltages at idle and partial throttle on the mustang throttle body. I have seen a Q45 throttle body ona civic with no problems. I don't think Nissan would stray to much on TPS voltages. Perhaps its time to do a little research. If you find anything, let me know.

You have a log manifold for a FWD from JGS? That's odd..they told me that they didn't have one yet. They said that they had RWD manifolds. You have any pics?
