Well, maybe...you know those GPS speed readouts are off by a good amount...or not.;)

What really impressed me is how strong the car is pulling uphill at altitude (notice the 6700 ft), in 4th gear with 2 people and a hundred pounds or more (4 NT01 tires, our junk, tools, etc). It probably was pushing 2800+ lbs total loaded weight.

Coast to coast true average speed for that trip driving was 67 mph, for 2900-3000 miles, including getting out of LA traffic, construction and other slow zones, major slowness for 200 miles of snow and ice in PA, etc. Anyone who has rolled a road trip like that knows that's not an easy average speed. But with 2 drivers both comfortable with long trips, it wasn't that hard. Light wheels definitely help, those Traklites are awesome and strong.

Well. I've had to cancel. Not enough cash flow to justify the trip. Things aren't that great around here. Maybe I'll catch some of you at a mid TN meet next time.
