When i start driving in the morning (cold start) gears shift fine. After around 20 minutes gears start grinding when i press the clutch during gear shifting and clutch gets very sticky. Anyone know what that means?

sounds like the throw out bearing it sticking on the shaft it rides on. Did it get better once the car had cooled down

No, it doesn't get better unless the car cools off completely. What do you mean by throwout bearing on the shaft? The clutch kit on the tranny only has like 10k miles so there shouldn't be a problem with it.

Transmission shifts better during cold weather.
