you're talking to the wrong person. When you call, talk to John, nobody else. They may do good work, but John does what he says he will do, no if ands or buts about it. Everyone else that works there simply does that, works there. John puts his life into that company and whenever I talked to him he treated me like a customer should be treated, and was more than willing to help when I had problems.

I agree with chimmike you have to talk to John, Customer service is not there good point but they will come through for you even if it is kinda late. I thought 3 weeks was long but damn 3.5 months!! BUt yeah talk to John and see if theyh will overnight you the header.

Martha is Johns wife. I called there to order the IC kit and asked for John and she was like " I can help you" I hope my order doesn't get all fubar'd. I have had problems with them before but who else (besides sr20development) makes the IC kit? That is the only bad thing about having an NIssan is having to deal with companies that take forever. a.k.a. Hotshot and JWT
