i'm installing a zex dry kit right now and i have a few questions.... first of all i know i need to tap into my FPR and i want to make sure that i'm tapping into the right thing. i think it's the line that's right under my throttle body that goes from one "flying saucer to the next. Also which wire do i tap for my WOT switch? I'm doing the install right now so I would be SO happy for some quick responses. Thanks guys!

ok so i did some research on here and found out that it should be the yellow wire on my TPS and i did tap into the "flying saucers". Now my only problem is that everything's hooked up but my bottle's empty! UGH! Oh and as a response to dude before me: the zex dry kit makes you tap into the FPR to compensate for the nitrous. says so in the instructions.

YEs, on the ZEX dry kit you NEVER tap into the fuel line you tap into the vac for the fuel pressure regulator. What shot are you going to run...

55 y?

^He was just asking what shot it was. 75-100 is usually ideal. What setup you putting this on?

Well with a dry kit if you go to a large shot you want to upgrade the fuel pump, change the heat range on the spark plugs and retard the timing some. I have run the Zex dry with a 75 shot on a stock fuel pump but, I do not recomend it(i just like the extra insurance). With a 55 shot you should be fine....

I just did a ve swap for a guy what had a 150 dry shot and to control his fuel pressure he had an air shutoff valve on the return side of the fuel rail. He also had his jet taped in with electrical tape....... I could not believe my eyes... here was the chain of events on how I felt after seeing that.... :eek2:

I'm sure you have already seen this but..... if you have not, this is a great thread. Most people do not like n20 because they don't set things up right. This thread is a good base and tune and run wideband and you can have some good cheap fun... Oh, and you may want to get a part time job at the place that fills your bottles because... well I'll let you figure out why..;) . If you ever go over to direct port I have a brandy new progressive controller I have not used yet. I will also give you a place you can look for n20 upgrades for a good price.....Good luck and have fun squeez'n

Hey one more quick question. Exactly which vacuum line off of the fuel pressure regulator do i have to tap in to? I realized i had tapped in to some emissions vacuum line instead. I haven't sprayed it but once so if somebody could spell it out for me it would be fantastic!!!
