well first off..i'm not used to paying labor costs..so i can't be he judge there. i do all my own stuff. however, an egt gauge will prove worthwhile to monitor how your engine is running in reguards to being too lean. you don't want it to get too hot and blow up. and with the exhaust, if you are going turbo..a big exhaust is always in order. this will be a major bottleneck of horsepower.

7412? damn.... that's a hell of a lot..... $225 just to install the gauge? damn.... I should open up my own shop! If you're running the stock BB ecu or a JWT ecu, I wouldn't worry about an EGT gauge unless you start boosting higher than stock. Then it could help and keep you from blowin up your motor.
With the t25, it creates a LOT of backpressure, so the bigger the exhaust the better. 3" is the way to go.

sell your custom exhaust and get a 3" pipe all the way back from the cat (depending if you are going to keep the cat or not)
And bro....guages arent hard to hook up....do it yourself, they come with instructions.
Oh, BTW...please use some punctuation.
